Xiaomi Mi 4i Global Sale Goes Live Online; Price, Specifications

Xiaomi's feature-rich mid-range smartphone Mi 4i, which went on sale in late April in India and later in select markets of Asia, has now been made available globally.

But, here's the catch: the Mi 4i seller is a Hong Kong-based third party smartphone vendor Uniqbe, not Xiaomi, so there is uncertainty over how the e-commerce firm offer after-sale service in case of device malfunction occurring within the prescribed device warranty period.

And also the firm is charging $240 (around €216/₹15,386), $38 more than actual price in India ($202/₹12,999). In addition to that, Uniqbe wants you to cough up additional $50 or more (depending on the country) in the name of shipping charges.
