Will Xiaomi Launch a Smartwatch this Year?

Earlier in the month, Xiaomi launched a new fitness tracker Mi Band 1S series, and now the company is set to unveil its first-ever smartwatch at the upcoming event on Tuesday.

GforGames citing popular Chinese tipster Leaksfly has claimed that Xiaomi will pull the wraps off the Mi series smartwatch on 24 November.

There is no word with regard to internal hardware of the Xiaomi Mi smartwatch, but it is expected to run on Google's Android Wear OS.

Besides the smartwatch, Xiaomi is also said to launch Redmi Note 2 Pro and Mi Pad 2. Even the couple of teasers posted by the company on Weibo too have hinted at the same.

Expected features of Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro:

The new Pro series device is expected to feature almost the same features as seen inside the original Redmi Note 2.

The key difference between the two is that the former will boast a metal body and fingerprint sensor, while the rest of the features are the same as the Redmi Note 2 such as 5.5 –inch full HD display, MediaTek Helio X10 Octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory, 13MP camera on the back, 5MP snapper on the front and 3060 mAh battery.

Expected features of Xiaomi Mi Pad 2:

Xiaomi's upcoming tablet is expected to flaunt a slim design profile, brushed metal body, a 7.9-inch display with 2,048x1,536p resolution, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop based MIUI, Intel based processor backed by 2GB RAM and 16GB in-built storage.
