Microsoft's Xbox One has survived the initial scare against its rival Sony's PlayStation 4, and since its release, Microsoft has slashed its price and delinked Kinect from its bundle.
Xbox has also become more open to fan feedback and is more receptive to changes that its rival is bringing in several aspects.
With the holiday season in full swing, Microsoft is offering reasons to buy Xbox One for those gamers who have not yet picked up their console.
It reiterates in its post on Xbox Wire about its commitment for "best value" products and "choice" for fans for the holiday. It notes that it introduced the New Xbox One Experience, Xbox One Backward Compatibility. It also noted that it has "hardware options for everyone" with its Xbox Elite Wireless Controller, and consoles boasting 1TB of storage.
Microsoft introduced several Xbox One bundles increasing the number of choices for its players to buy.
Below are the Xbox One holiday bundles that will let players save $50 on purchasing it:
- Xbox One Halo 5: Guardians Limited Edition Bundle: Consists of 1TB custom-designed Xbox One console and controller and the Halo 5: Guardians video game.
- Xbox One Elite Bundle: It consists of 1TB Solid State Hybrid Drive and Xbox Elite Wireless Controller
- Xbox One 1TB Holiday Bundle: It features Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, Rare Replay and full-game download of Ori and the Blind Forest. It also features 1TB of storage.
- Xbox One Rise of the Tomb Raider Bundle: It features 1TB hard drive, full-game download of Rise of the Tomb Raider, exclusive Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack and full-game download of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
- Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle: This bundle consists of Xbox One 500GB Console, an Xbox One Wireless Controller, full digital game download of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, early access to the 2016 Gears of War 4 Multiplayer Beta, the Superstar Cole multiplayer skin and a 14-day Xbox Live trial.
- Xbox One Fallout 4 Bundle: This bundle includes Fallout 4 video game, full-game download of Fallout 3 and 1TB hard drive.
- Xbox One The LEGO Movie Videogame Bundle: This bundle consists of The LEGO Movie Videogame with 90 characters from film, Xbox One 500GB console.
- Xbox One FIFA 16 1TB Bundle: It features 1TB Xbox One console, Xbox One wireless controller, full game download of FIFA 16, three Xbox exclusive FIFA Ultimate Team Loan Legends and a free year of EA Access.
- Xbox One Special Edition Gears of War Bundle: This bundle features 500GB Cirrus White console and controller, full-game download of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, the Superstar Cole multiplayer skin and early access to the Gears of War 4 Beta. This bundle is exclusive for Walmart.
- Xbox One with Kinect Bundle: This bundle features an Xbox One 500GB console, Kinect for Xbox One and full-game downloads of Dance Central Spotlight, Kinect Sports Rivals and Zoo Tycoon
- Xbox One Forza Motorsport 6 Limited Edition Console: This one includes 1TB hard drive, wireless controller and digital copy of Forza Motorsport 6.

Meanwhile, Phil Spencer, Xbox boss has revealed to the Verge that there will be another Xbox after Xbox One.
"I fully expect that you'll see another console from us. Our best customers are Xbox console customers, and I want to keep those people engaged both on the Xbox One and anything we might do in the future. I'm 100 percent committed to that," Spencer said.
