"The X Factor" UK 2015 finale is just a week away. Louisa Johnson, Lauren Murray, Reggie N Bollie and Che Chesterman performed two songs each on Saturday's semi-final act with the hope of advancing to next week's finale at the Wembley SSE Arena. It was a mixture of good and poor performances.
Reggie n Bollie from Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's GROUPS opened the semi-final show with "Locked Away" by R. City ft. Adam Levine but it was a poor rendition.
Lauren Murray from Rita Ora's GIRLS took on the song, "Best Of My Love" by The Emotions. She nailed it despite bad health but Simon Cowell was not impressed as usual.
Che Chesterman from Nick Grimshaw's BOYS performed "Would I Lie To You" by Charlie & Eddie and it was a beautiful rendition.
Then Louisa Johnson from Rita Ora's GIRLS sang "The Power Of Love" by Frankie Goes To Hollywood. It was a very good performance and judges were all praise for her.
Che Chesterman's second song of the night was "Love Is A Losing Game" by Amy Winehouse. It was a beautiful performance and left Cheryl and Nick in tears.
Louisa Johnson's second song was "It's A Man's World" by James Brown. It was a superb performance and she got standing ovation from the judges.
Lauren Murray performed "Runnin' (Lose It All)" by Naughty Boy ft. Beyonce and Arrow Benjamin. It was a good rendition and Simon described her second performance "great".
Reggie n Bollie closed the semi-final with a mash-up of "I Gotta Feeling" by The Black Eyed Peas and "I Like to Move It" by Reel 2 Real featuring The Mad Stuntman. They bounced back with a bang after their poor first performance. The energy they brought was undeniable and judges too were on their feet.
So, who will enter next week's finale and who will go home? Going by Saturday's performances, it looks like Lauren and Reggie n Bollie will be in danger of being eliminated. Well, anybody can be sent home as it is the audience will decide their fate with their votes.
