"The X Factor" UK 2015 is down to just seven acts after Live Shows week 3, which means competition is getting tougher with only the best remaining in the show.
Two acts were sent home during the Live Shows week 3 results show on Sunday. Max Stone of Simon Cowell's OVERS was the first to be shown the doors after getting the lowest audience vote for his rendition of "Secret Garden" from the movie "Jerry Maguire" the previous night.
Then presenters Olly Murs and Caroline Flack announced that Monica Michael of Rita Ora's GIRLS and Anton Stephans of Simon Cowell's OVERS were placed in the bottom three, which means they had to perform again for survival. Monica performed "Broken-Hearted Girl" by "Beyonce" and Anton sang "If You Don't Know Me by Now" by Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes, and the former was eliminated based on public vote following a deadlock.
Simon Cowell's OVERS is now left with only one act after elimination of Max Stone, while the other three categories -- Nick Grimshaw's BOYS, Rita Ora's GIRLS and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's GROUPS -- have two acts each.
Here is complete list of top 7 finalists who survived Live Shows 3:
Nick Grimshaw's BOYS: Che Chesterman, Mason Noise
Rita Ora's GIRLS: Louisa Johnson, Lauren Murray
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's GROUPS: 4th Impact, Reggie N Bollie
Simon Cowell's OVERS: Anton Stephans
