Is the Undertaker done yet with the WWE? Well, we definitely don't know, as, with the Undertaker, expect unreal things to happen. After all, the phenom has been burnt alive, buried and even sent back inside the coffin on several occasions in the WWF/WWE, but he always finds his way back.
At WrestleMania 33 this April 2017, the Undertaker signalled his retirement from pro wrestling, leaving the staunch WWF/WWE fans teary-eyed. From ESPN to Fox Sports, the retirement of the Undertaker remained a major headline.
Come June 2017, there comes a possible twist in the plot.
After Monday Night Raw on June 5, the talks have begun about a possible return of the Undertaker, yet again! So, who started it in the first place?
Blame it all on WWE's play-by-play commentator Michael Cole, who mentioned that Roman Reigns may have had "perhaps" sent the Undertaker into retirement at WrestleMania. Possibly, the WWE doesn't really want Cole to confirm the phenom's retirement as yet, we don't quite know why.
The 52-year-old, whose real name is Mark William Calaway, underwent a hip replacement surgery post-WrestleMania 33. The medical procedure was carried out at the revered David H Koch Pavilion Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan, New York.
The WWE might be indeed optimistic of the Undertaker's return yet again, post his successful recovery.
Pro-wrestlers in the past, have indeed made successful returns post their hip surgeries, but considering the Undertaker's age at the moment, it could be real difficult to make a comeback.
Nevertheless, with the Undertaker, nothing can be ruled out!
