The Chinese entertainer Wu Yifan, who is popularly known by his stage name Kris, turns 25 on Friday, 6 November. While the former EXO member is yet to reveal his birthday plans, the latest reports suggest that he may hold a fan meeting at the Beijing Authorised Stadium in China.
The young entertainer recently released a photo of himself on Chinese microblogging site Weibo, informing his followers about a fan meeting in November, which has been titled as "Fantastic". During the event, he is likely to unveil his new song "Bad Girl", according to AllKpop.
Kris is currently busy with the promotional activities of his upcoming movies, which are scheduled to hit theatres in China towards the end of this year and the beginning of next year. Some of the upcoming big screen projects of him include Guan Hu's action comedy film "Mr. Six", 3-D movie "L.O.R.D.: Legend of Ravaging Dynasties" and romantic flick "Summer Tears in Paradise".
Apart from working with popular Chinese celebrities, Kris has also collaborated with a number of international stars such as Kendall Jenner, who praised him and said that it has fun working with him. "[He is] very very nice and very cool. He sure knows how to dance. He was just really fun on set. Yeah it was really awesome to be able to meet him. I'd heard so much about him," AllKpop quoted her as saying.
Born in 1990, the Chinese entertainer began his journey to the world of entertainment with popular South Korean record label SM Entertainment when he was 16. He terminated his contract with the company on 15 May, 2014, and is currently going through a legal dispute with it.
