Salman Khan-Anushka Sharma-starrer "Sultan" is unstoppable at the worldwide box office. "Sultan," which is yet to finish its opening weekend run, has grossed over Rs. 250 crore at the worldwide box office.
In India, "Sultan" has become the biggest grosser of 2016, shattering the records of Akshay Kumar's "Airlift" (Rs. 128 crore), and at the worldwide box office, it has earned Rs. 203.01 crore. The worldwide box office collection includes Rs. 142.62 crore nett (Rs. 198.08 crore gross) domestic income and Rs. 56.87 crore gross overseas earnings. The four-day domestic and overseas collection of "Sultan" stands at Rs. 254.78 crore.
"Sultan" is smashing all box office records with its phenomenal box office run. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial is the only Bollywood film that raked in over Rs. 30 crore consecutively in four days at the domestic box office and over Rs. 50 crore in just three days at the overseas box office.

"#Sultan - OVERSEAS: Wed $ 3.04 million, Thu $ 2.80 million, Fri $ 2.63 million. Total: $ 8.47 million [₹ 56.87 cr]. SUPERBBBB!" Adarsh tweeted, adding: "#Sultan: Major chunk of revenue from Overseas has come from UAE-GCC [$ 3.75 million] and USA-Canada [$ 1.69 million]. Note: Wed to Fri biz."
After recording an impressive four-day domestic box office collection and three-day overseas earnings, "Sultan" is all set to roundup its five-day extended weekend on a phenomenal note. The film is also looking forward to crossing Rs. 200 crore mark at the domestic box office and Rs. 100 crore mark overseas.
Directed by Ali, "Sultan" was released in 5,450 screens worldwide on July 6. The film features Salman and Anushka as wrestlers, while Randeep Hooda, Amit Sadh and Kumud Mishra are in the supporting cast.
