Colors will hold a special contest on "Farah Ki Daawat" on the occasion of International Women's Day on 8 March. Through the contest, the channel offers a chance to husbands in Mumbai to show their love and support to their wives.
On its official Twitter page, Colors announced the news about the special contest called "Husband Ki Daawat" on Sunday. Besides posting a link to the article detailing the rules of the contest, they wrote, "Want to do something special for your wife this #WomensDay? Participate in."
"This Women's Day Colors gives you the opportunity to show your wife how much you love her and how much you appreciate her support," reads a statement in the news published on Colors' website.
"It's simple. Tell us why you want to make this Women's Day special for your wife? What are the qualities about her that you love the most and that makes you feel she deserves the best. Participate in this contest and you could win some exciting opportunities!" reads the statement.
The viewers of "Farah Ki Daawat" can participate in this Women's Day special contest in two ways. They can either tweet their answers to @ColorsTV using the #HusbandKiDaawat or leave their answers in the comments box below the article. Here is the link to article.
Unfortunately this contest is limited to the husbands of only one region of the country. The participant must be a resident of Mumbai. "A day as meaningful as Women's Day is meant to show your love to your better halves, so a huge shout out to all husbands to grab this chance and impress your wives!" say the channel in its statement.
