Game developer CD Projekt RED released the latest patch 1.07 to its action RPG video game, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which unfortunately is bogged down by bugs and issues after it is downloaded.
The developer has taken to Twitter to clarify that it is investigating reports of issues post the download.
We continue investigating the 1.07 update's availability in Europe on PSN and all reports regarding patch 1.07 issues.

Eurogamer provided a detailed analysis of the patch revealing its impact on the performance of the game and on the framerate of Xbox One and PS4.
Its analysis of Xbox One framerate when charging through Crookback bog during heavy rainfall is as follows:
"Essentially, gameplay on Xbox One now appears to rely on a similar double-buffer v-sync set-up to the PS4 game, locking its frame-rate to 20fps during these lulls in performance. This means that the reading on our graph is consistently lower on patch 1.07 as compared to 1.05, where it was free to waver between 20-30fps freely. On a matching route through the bog, frame-rate can be up to 8fps slower on the latest version of the game."
The PS4 version too locks at 20FPS. "On top of that, even traveling through simple countryside roads (or Novigrad's central city) continues to produce single-frame stutters every few seconds - a rough point we had hoped would be ironed out by now. Overall, little has improved in PS4's bid for a smooth 30fps reading here, and in fact, the tail-end of our Novigrad test shows dips to 25fps as we hit the marketplace - something not seen on the last patch."
However, it adds that the new patch has drastically narrowed the performance gap between Xbox One and PS4.
The new patch reportedly has not affected the PC version of the game.
Below are the lists of technical issues and fixes for them following the new patch update:
Lower FPS
The patch will lower the framerate on different GPUs.
Fix: Players can fix this partially by disabling v-sync.
Game settings
Whenever players exit the game, the bug affect the game settings by going back to default.
Fix: go to documents/witcher 3 and untick "read-only" in user.settings file; the game will be able to actually overwrite the file and save your settings.
NPC animation glitches
This bug will cause NPCs not to properly display Brooms, crates, bottles and others.
Achievements
It has been noticed that achievements related to Gwent, brawl + brawl master quests and horse races do not work.

Money disappears
Though not confirmed, there seems to be a bug that makes the money disappear.
Save issues

Fix: Though there is no specific reason to know why it is happening, players can verify game files before they delete their saved files. Or they can also re-install the game.
Geralt disappearing when moving the camera
When players move the camera, Geralt disappears. This bug is however rare.
Fix: Verify the game cache files.

Gamepad movement settings reduced
The movement setting have been reduced from four to two for gamepads after the new patch.

This quest changes to Failed if players have completed it. No solution has been found for it.
