Microsoft is finally set to release the much-delayed Windows 10 Mobile update to its Windows 8.1 and Windows 8.0-based devices Thursday, March 17, after months of anticipation, VentureBeat said in an exclusive report. The Lumia device owners will heave a sigh of relief if the report turns out to be true as the new operating system update is long-awaited.
There is no mention of what devices will receive the Windows 10 Mobile update, but it should first come to Lumia 430, Lumia 532, Lumia 535, Lumia 540, Lumia 640, Lumia 640 XL, Lumia 735, Lumia 830 and Lumia 930.
