Pune, Dec 24 (ANI): Even as AAP Convener, Arvind Kejriwal will take an oath to become the next Chief Minister of Delhi at Ramlila grounds on 26th December, Social Activist Anna Hazare on Tuesday said that he won’t be able to attend the swearing-in ceremony due to bad health.
