Gautam Gulati is easily one of the most popular contestants of "Bigg Boss". And his successful stint at the high-voltage reality show did push him into the Bollywood brigade. Often spotted at parties, launches and events, the actor sure has everyone charmed by his unique style.
Soon after he lifted the coveted trophy, there were rumours floating that he had been signed for a few projects. The "Diya Aur Baati Hum" actor, however, denied them saying he was looking at projects and would take up the ones, which piqued his interest.
Breaking the big news, Gautam announced that he had signed his first Bollywood film ever. While he, along with his admirers, were visibly thrilled about it, only time will tell if his journey as a big screen actor would be successful.

Shah Rukh Khan is the only superstar who made it big in the ever-competitive Hindi film industry. Vidya Balan and Sushant Singh Rajput are two other names who have earned fame with their spectacular silver-screen performances.
Now, Gautam might have been a charmer on the show but films can get tricky. Rajeev Khandelwal, Aashish Chowdhry, Sara Khan, and Aamna Shariff are a handful of TV actors who took their chance with the movies, only to tumble real bad.
