Producer Aditya Chopra has attached the first teaser of the much-awaited "Dhoom 3" to the sole screens of "Shudd Desi Romance", creating speculations if it is to boost the prospect of "Shudd Desi Romance" at the box office.

Movie enthusiast Taran Adarsh confirmed the news on his Twitter account, "It's confirmed! Brand new teaser trailer of #Dhoom3 will be launched with #ShuddhDesiRomance next Friday."

Interestingly, the trailer of "Dhoom 3" featuring Aamir Khan will be seen only on "Shudd Desi Romance".

"We are happy to announce that the teaser trailer of D3 (Dhoom 3) will release exclusively with SDR (Shudd Desi Romance) in theatres worldwide on September 6," Vice President, marketing and communications of the production house, Rafiq Gangjee told Indian Express.

"Shudd Desi Romance" has to fight with the remake of Amitabh Bachchan's "Zanjeer" at the box office, as both the films are releasing on the same day. "Zanjeer" stars one of the most-sought-after South Indian actor Ram Charan and hence is likely to chop off revenue of "Shudd Desi Romance".

Since Aditya Chopra produces both "Dhoom 3" and "Shudd Desi Romance", he might have decided to cash in on the popularity of the former and help the latter at the box office. Maybe Aditya Chopra felt the pressure of losing out to action flick, "Zanjeer", which also stars Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra.

A source close to Aditya Chopra's production house even revealed that the promotional strategy is to boost the sales of "Shudd Desi Romance".

"The trailer will remain exclusive to SDR for the first week and the other screens that will not show the movie will not get the trailer. This way, whoever wants to watch the Dhoom 3 trailer will invariably have to watch SDR," the source told Indian Express.
