Cameron's bio on twitter reads: "Liver and lover of life; professional laugher, eater, make-believer." Cameron is following celebrities Leonardo DiCaprio, Mel Brooks, Jessica Alba, Stella McCartney, Drew Barrymore, Nicole Richie and Gwyneth Paltrow to name some. She is also following Drew Barrymore's wine page and Gwyneth Paltrow's famous 'Goop' page! Joanna Garcia, the 'Internship' actress welcomed Cameron aboard.

The follower count has also been mounting. Maybe the fans think they can get Cameron to follow or at least RT them!
However, Cameron is not very big on the autograph front. She was recently named in the top few of the 'snotty scribbler list' of Autograph Magazine's worst behaved celebrities, when asked for an autograph, reports Vancouver Sun.
"Surly Cameron Diaz has for years been the lowest of the low of female stars," the magazine said. "When fans asked for her signature, the 'There's Something About Mary' star would freak out and begin swearing at them," the publication wrote.
