WickedLeak has launched its second smartphone in its Wammy Titan series dubbed Wammy Titan II with a price tag of ₹13,990.
Wammy Titan II is the upgraded version of Wammy Titan which was launched sometime ago. The new phablet sports a 5.3-inch IPS display with 960 x 540 resolution pixels. The smartphone is powered by 1.2GHz MediaTek's MTK 6589 quad-core processor and comes with PowerVR SGX 544 GPU. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box operating System. The Company said the phone will be upgraded to Android 4.2 in the coming days.
The newly launched phone is available for preorder through the company's official website and the company will start rolling out the product on 21 March.
In terms of memory, the smartphone comes with 1GB of RAM and an internal memory of 4GB which is expandable up to 32GB through microSD card slot. It comes equipped with 12 Megapixel rear camera and a 5 Megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the phone supports Bluetooth, WIFI, GPS and microUSB. The handset is powered by 2,300 mAh which claims a battery life of up to five days.
According to a report, the users of the original version of Titan cannot swap the phone with the new one.
"We asked if consumers who own the original Titan can trade their devices in to get a new one and pay the difference-the answer was a resounding "no". The process being too complicated was the reason cited," as reported by Tech2.
