Home-grown smartphone-maker, Wickedleak has launched a budget tablet PC dubbed as Wammy Desire 3 in India.
The new Wammy Desire 3 sports a 7.0-inch IPS screen with 1280x600p resolutions display and runs on the Android 4.4 KitKat OS out-of-the-box.
Under the hood, it ships with 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB) and a 3100 mAh battery, which power the tablet for up to 5-6 hours of talk time and close to 1 week under the standby mode.
On camera front, it houses a 2.0-megapixel camera on the rear side and 0.3-megapixel (VGA) snapper on the front for video chatting. Other stipulated features include dual-SIM slots, 3G network support, Bluetooth v3.0, Wi-Fi and Google Maps for navigation.
Competition:
The new Wammy Desire 3 has been made available at the company official e-Store for just ₹5,990. This low-priced Wickedleak device will be competing with the Micromax Fun mini tablet series, HCL Me series, iBall 3G17 tablet, DataWind Ubislate 3G7, Lava IvoryS tablet and others.
