Ever since the royal wedding in May, Meghan Markle has been in the spotlight quite often. Every single move of the Duchess—be it the catwalk, muted dresses or accessories—is watched keenly. However, it seems husband Harry is not very happy with the attention his wife is getting. Remember, it was the same media spotlight that led to the car crash of his mother Princess Diana.
It has been reported that Harry is uncomfortable with excess media attention on his married life. The couple's last public appearance was at the Sentebale Polo Cup in Windsor last week and Harry was keen to stay away from the shutterbugs during the event. Apparently, the Duke of Sussex is worried about the hysteria surrounding Meghan—even though the former actress is already a pro at handling red carpets.
Interestingly, both Harry and Meghan prefer to keep their personal lives off the radar. The couple will not be making any public appearances until September. There are even reports that the Sussexes have moved to a rented farmhouse cottage on the Great Tew Estate, located in the beautiful countryside.
Meanwhile, Meghan is all set to celebrate her first birthday as a member of the royal family on August 4. On her special day, Meghan and husband Harry are likely to attend Charlie van Straubenzee's (Harry's childhood friend) wedding in Surrey, England. William and Kate are also expected to attend the ceremony.
Though the royal protocol only allows for small family celebrations at home during the royal's birthday, the couple is expected to spend the big day in a special way. Following that, the Duke and Duchess will also travel to Balmoral to spend time with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. In the meantime, Meghan is also likely to travel to the United States to meet her family and close pals.
With back-to-back assignments, can Harry sneak Meghan away from the media spotlight?
