Music director SS Thaman has replaced "Kolaveri Di" fame composer Anirudh in Ram Charan-Srinu Vaitla film. The makers took this decision after the latter walked out of the project.
Anirudh Ravichander is one of the young popular musicians in Tamil film industry. His compositions for "Kaththi", "Kakki Sattai" and "Romeo Juliet" have proved to be super-hit albums. The makers of Ram Charan-Srinu Vaitla film had recently approached him with offer to score music for the movie. He has reportedly accepted their offer.
The film was commenced on 5 March and the producers have planned to release it on 15 October 2015. The shooting of the movie is now going on in a full swing. However, Anirudh reportedly walked out of the project, expressing his inability to give music at the pace with which the film is being made. So the makers have roped in SS Thaman for the movie.
Anirudh is currently one of the busiest musicians in Tamil industry. He has seven big-ticket projects including "Aakko", "Maari", "Vettai Mannan", "Naanum Rowdydhaan", "Rangoon", "Thala 56" and "Singam 3".
On 19 March, he tweeted, "Happy and proud to announce that I will be scoring music for Ajith sir in #Thala56 :) @directorsiva Love, Anirudh."
SS Thaman, who is now busy with movies like "Pandaga Chesko" and "Kick 2", has earlier worked with Srinu Vaitla and Ram Charan in "Baadshah" and "Naayak" respectively. The composer is all excited to work with them again.
"This is it :) Nice to be bacK :) With this Wonderful team :) #RC9 @SreenuVaitla @konavenkat99 @Gopimohan ❤️" he tweeted.
SS Thaman has got several hit Telugu albums including "Dookudu", "Power", "Businessman", "Naayak", "Baadshah", "Race Gurram", "Rabhasa" and "Aagadu" to his credit.
