The cast and crew of "Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi" recently bid adieu to one of its members.
According to a report in India-Forums, director Anil V Kumar has quit "Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi" to direct another show under the same production house.
To make his departure a memorable one, the entire cast and crew celebrated with a cake and some gifts on the sets of the show. Radhika Madan, who plays Ishaani, Shakti Arora aka Ranveer, and Arjun Bijlani aka Shikhar attended the farewell party.
Arjun took to his instagram account to share the news. "Farewell to the best director @o_kumarv ..all the best to u for ur new venture...God bless ..amazing night with some heart touching moments u shared with us .truly inspiring..learnt a lot from u sir ..hv a blessed life..#MATSH #MeriAashiqui is incomplete without u..u will be missed forrrrrrr sure," Arjun posted.
Meanwhile, on the show, Ishaani is trying hard to expose Ritika (Smriti Khanna) and prevent Ranveer from marrying her. Ritika, in order to get rid of Ishaani and conceal her crimes, is attempting to kill her.
However, in the process of exposing Ritika, Ishaani and Ranveer have come closer to each other.
