Park Bo Gum is currently one of the most sought-after bachelors in South Korea, thanks to his hit historical romance drama Moonlight Drawn by Clouds where he played the charismatic Prince Lee Yeong.
There is a lot of interest in his personal life, especially his romantic life, but the actor is yet to confirm whether he is dating someone. But that hasn't prevented the media from linking him with his co-stars, and according to latest rumours Park Bo Gum could be involved with Irene.
Fans began shipping Irene and Park Bo Gum during their time on Music Bank, and when the Red Velvet member appeared on Radio Star on December 7, she was asked about romance rumours with the Moonlight Drawn by Clouds star.
"I don't think there was a dating rumor," she said, saying she wasn't aware of fans shipping them. However, she had this to say about him, "He has good manners and would hold my hand if there were stairs."
Irene is not the only person to be linked with Park Bo Gum. His Moonlight Drawn by Clouds co-star Kim Yoo Jung recently revealed that their onscreen chemistry led her family to believe she was dating Park Bo Gum in real life as well. But there seems to be nothing other than friendship between the two.
"Park Bo Gum oppa is really good to me. We're like siblings," Kim Yoo Jung told Elle back in September. "Before we started production, we wanted to get close to each other so we did script readings together and went out to eat, but it felt awkward. When filming started, becoming closer happened naturally as we went through the difficulties together. Now not only Bo Gum oppa, but Jinyoung oppa and Kwak Dong Yeon oppa and all the seniors feel like family."
