Salman Khan, who is also known for being witty, once reportedly left the rumoured couple -- Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt -- scared.
According to some reports, Salman once chased Sidharth and Alia, who were in a car together. The superstar then did something that left the supposed lovebirds red-faced.
The incident took place after a special screening of the movie, "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo", during Diwali. Like many others, Sidharth and Alia were invited to the event. The two left the venue together immediately after the screening and co-incidentally Salman also left minutes later.
Salman realised that his car was right behind the car in which Sidharth and his rumoured girlfriend were going. Salman then thought of playing a prank and asked his driver to chase their car.
Sidharth and Alia thought it to be some random stalker, but Salman's car then overtook their car and waited for them near a popular restaurant at Juhu.
Just when Alia and her rumoured boyfriend reached the spot, Salman jokingly yelled at them saying, "Kya kar rahe the tum dono? Chalo..mere ghar chalo..daant lagaani hai (What were you two doing? Come to my home now. You two need some scolding)," 9XE.com reported.
While Alia seemed too embarrassed to utter a word, Sidharth replied, "Nehi, nehi..kuch nehi Salman sir (no no..nothing Salman sir)," the report added.
Realising it was a prank, the couple then headed to the "Sultan" actor's house, cancelling their apparent date, and the three had a good time chit-chatting.
