South Korean actress Kim Seul Gi recently revealed an interesting incident that happened while shooting a romantic scene with Yoon Doo-joon, also known as Doojoon. During a radio show on MBC FM4U's "Park Kyung Lim's 2 O'clock Date Radio," Seul revealed about behind-the-scenes story of "Splash Splash Love" and said that she fell asleep while shooting a romantic scene with co-star Doojoon.
Seul revealed that she slept with her eyes open, but later apologised to Doojoon for her act. "It was a scene where I was laying on the floor with Doojoon oppa on top of me with his lips barely touching mine. I lacked sleep at the time. It was the third night without sleep as I was filming both 'Splash Splash Love' and 'Take Off 2'. I was so sleepy and also very cold that I fell asleep with my eyes open. I did apologise, and I am also requesting his song today (on the radio)," she said during the radio show.
When asked how did people notice that you had slept, Seul Gi replied, "I didn't say my lines. I was supposed to respond to Doojoon oppa, but I laid there still without saying the lines. Everyone knew after 3 seconds. I apologised, saying, 'I am very sorry. I think I fell asleep. You have to help me.' I think he was kind of embarrassed. I am really sorry."
Seul Gi played the role of a high school student in "Splash Splash Love." The television drama was aired on Naver TV Cast last year.
