Aamir Khan, who publicly expressed his desire to work with Sunny Leone soon after she was lauded by many Bollywood celebs for gracefully answering demeaning questions during an interview, recently met the actress while shooting in Delhi.
Khan was in Delhi shooting for his upcoming film "Dangal", and the moment he got to know Leone was in the city for a promotional event, he invited the actress and her husband Daniel Weber to lunch.
"The conversation spilled over to evening tea before they called it a day. Aamir then extended an invitation to them to visit him on the sets the next day," a source told Mumbai Mirror.
During the conversation, Khan also mentioned that he would love to work with the "Mastizaade" actress.
Later, Leone was introduced to the entire "Dangal" unit and also got a chance to watch the actor shoot a scene. "She obliged everyone with selfies, and while leaving, gave him a warm hug," the source added.
In January, Leone's interview with CNN IBN journalist Bhupendra Chaubey went viral after she was bombarded with some questions regarding her previous profession.
In one of the questions, Leone was asked if Bollywood A-lister Aamir Khan would ever work with her. To this, the actress said: "No, Aamir probably wouldn't want to work with someone like me," she said.
Soon after the video went viral, Aamir took to Twitter to voice his support, saying: "I think Sunny conducted herself with a lot of grace and dignity. I wish I could have said the same about the interviewer. Sunny, I will be happy to work wid you. I have absolutely no problems with your 'past', as the interviewer puts it. (sic)"
