It's already a month since Samsung unveiled its Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 from the newly floated C series in China but there is no sign of its release in other markets, including India, so far. However, these handsets are expected to be made available outside China despite earlier reports that they are exclusively for Samsung fans in the country.
Samsung's mid-range and high-end devices like J and A-series have done well in Indian market, so it is very likely the company would bring the Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 to the country. A device with model number SM-C5000, which believed to be the Galaxy C5, has been spotted on Zauba, a website that tracks imports and exports in India, giving a hint that its release in India could be not far off.
The South Korean technology giant is not willing to announce the release date of the Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 in India but if it has to happen, it should be before the launch of its "next big thing", the Galaxy Note 7. It won;t come as a surprise if Samsung releases the handsets from C family in India next month, as the Galaxy Note 5 successor is expected to see the light of day in August.
Interestingly, the Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 have been cleared by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), so, they may come to the United States too.
