Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma who recently admitted to have been dating cricketer Virat Kohli, was addressed as Kohli's wife by Australian commentator, Michael Slater.
The awkward moment occurred when Slater during the final day of third test match between India and Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), mistakenly referred to Sharma as Kohli's wife but was quick enough to rectify his fault and called her his 'fiancé', reported NDTV.
The "Band Baaja Baaraat" actress who accompanied him during the match, was on the stands cheering for Kohli after he completed a half century.
While, Kohli scored 54, test match between India-Australia ended in a draw on Tuesday.
Earlier, Sharma admitting her relationship with Kohli had clarified that they are "not hiding anything."
There were also reports that the lovebirds were planning to move in together and will rent a house in Versova, Mumbai, close to where the "PK" actress currently resides in, reported DNA.
Meanwhile, the actress is currently celebrating the success of her latest Bollywood flick "PK". Starring Aamir Khan in lead, "PK" is garnering overwhelming responses from the audience and is minting huge money at the box office.
