Recently, the team took special permission to shoot a song on the runway at the Chennai airport. It appears that the film's team has completed shooting the song and will be moving to Hyderabad for the next schedule.
The film's music is composed by Anirudh, who is working with Vijay and Murugadoss for the first time. In a recent interaction with a magazine, Anirudh has revealed that he has already finished composing three songs for the film and will soon be completing the other tracks, reported Cinemalead.
Post the success of "Thuppakki", Vijay and Murugadoss are teaming up for their second flick. The action entertainer has Samantha as the female lead, while Bengali actor Tota Roy will be playing the role of a villain.
Roy had recently revealed about the film's interesting plot. The actor appears in the role of an international gangster, while Vijay plays the character of a criminal master mind. Police is seen taking help from Vijay to arrest the gangster, but he escapes from jail and searches for Vijay to seek revenge. Shockingly, he finds that the "man is the dummy of the original", reported The Times of India.
Vijay will appear in a dual role in the film and will sport a different hair style for one of the roles. Currently, he is shooting his portions in his usual hairstyle but he will appear in a new kind of hairstyle for the second role. Murugadoss has roped in a popular Bollywood hairstylist to design the hairstyle, reported Indiaglitz.
The film still remains untitled, though some fans have named it Vijay57 as it will be the actor's 57th film.
