"Furious 7" was the last movie Paul Walker acted in before his tragic death in November 2013, and the action packed movie has been getting good reviews from fans of the actor.
The late actor's only daughter Meadow Walker, too, praised the film and she recently snapped pictures of herself hanging out with the film's cast members Vin Diesel and Elsa Pataky.
"She had nothing but love," Tyrese Gibson said of Paul's daughter at the premiere of "Brotherly Love" in Los Angeles on Monday night, reported People. "She said we checked all the boxes. She was very proud of the way we went about closing out this chapter."
"She was all smiles, she didn't have any complaints," Gibson noted, "and she said, 'You guys did right by my father.' "
The seventh instalment in the "Fast and Furious" franchise has been quite lucrative, and according to reports it has earned more than $526.8 million till date.
Meanwhile, a fan has photoshopped an image of Walker's "ghost" standing next to Vin Diesel, and the photo has since gone viral on the Internet. The photo, created by Jeffrey Raymond Frohlich, shows Diesel leaning against a car beside a silhouette of Walker.
The photo first surfaced online on 10 April, and in less than four days it garnered more than 50,000 likes and over 227,000 shares.
Diesel, for whom Walker was like a brother, once again paid tribute to Walker at MTV Movie Awards 2015, saying the movie was for Walker.
"The fact that the world embraced it and allowed it to be Paul's legacy, it's just a beautiful thing," Diesel told MTV News. "Paul used to say that ['Fast & Furious'] 8 was guaranteed and, in some ways, when you're brother guarantees something, you have to make sure it comes to pass," Diesel said.
"So, if fate has it — fate, F8 — then you'll get it. 'Furious 7′ was for Paul; 8 is from Paul.'"
