After "Premam" director Alphonse Puthren's open letter to Rohit Shetty created waves on social media, another young director has written a letter to Union Minister and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi.
"Ohm Shanthi Oshaana" director Jude Anthany Joseph has appreciated Maneka's efforts to protect the animals in Kerala, especially the mad stray dogs, who cannot be killed even if they attack human beings.
Why Alphonse Puthren Wrote Open Letter to 'Chennai Express' Director Rohit Shetty?
Jude has suggested that similar to the law system for human beings, which ensures keeping the criminal minded ones away from the others, dogs should also have a separate law and order system.
He has sarcastically asked Maneka to start a campaign for such a separate law system, court and jail for stray dogs to ensure that human beings can also live on the planet safely.
He also took a dig at Maneka by asking her to "inform the mad dogs not to hurt human beings".
Check out Jude's letter to Maneka below:
Dear Menaka Gandhi,
I really appreciate ur effort to protect the animals especially the mad stray dogs in Kerala and I also believe that all creatures on earth have the same rights to live n let live. But we human beings have a law system which ensures the criminal minded or the diseased human beings are put separately so that they wont hurt the fellow beings. I suggest you start a campaign to start a separate law system, a court, a jail and may be u can be their public attorney. Let us ,the human beings also live here.
Thanks
JAJ
