Shraddha Kapoor recently started shooting for her upcoming movie Haseena. She has received lots of good wishes, and one among the wishers is none other than West Indies cricketer Chris Gayle.
After Shraddha announced the making of Haseena by sharing a picture on Twitter, Chris also took to Twitter and congratulated the actress and the director for the film. "#HaseenaBegins All the best @apoorvalakhia @shraddhakapoor for HASEENA," he tweeted.
Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, Haseena is a biopic on most wanted gangster Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar. The film will apparently show her journey as a teenager to leading a life of one of the most powerful dons of Mumbai. She died at the age of 40 due to a heart attack.
Interestingly, Shraddha's brother Siddhant Kapoor will play the role of Dawood. There were rumours that Sonakshi Sinha was first offered the role of Haseena, but she walked out of the project due to date issues.

This is the first time that Shraddha will be seen playing a grey character. Her last film Baaghi was a box office hit and she has another upcoming film Rock On 2.
