Antonio Conte's Chelsea are just a win away from sealing the Premier League title. The Blues could become champions if they defeat Tony Pulis' West Brom today at the Hawthorns. If Chelsea were to claim the Premier League title today, they would do so with two games still left and before Tottenham play their match on the weekend against Manchester United.
This match could be a goal feast as none of the last 21 Premier League meetings between these sides have ended goalless. West Brom have won three of their last five Premier League matches against Chelsea at their home stadium but overall Chelsea have lost just one of their last eight Premier League games against the Baggies.

Chelsea will certainly be expected to pocket the title against West Brom later today and given their current form it should not be a problem for Conte and his players. West Brom have not won in their last five Premier League matches, losing four and drawing one. Chelsea, on the other hand, have lost just one and won four. Things are not looking good for West Brom manager Pulis.
Chelsea have no injuries ahead of this match and their key man in midfield N'Golo Kante is available again for selection after he missed the previous match. It will be interesting to see who Conte decides to play in midfield after Cesc Fabregas put in an amazing performance in Kante's absence.
As for West Brom, they welcome back Jonny Evans after he recovered from an ankle injury. Hal Robson-Kanu is also back for West Brom. Reports say he will be fit enough only to start on the bench. However, Matt Phillips have to sit this game out because of a hamstring injury.
West Brom manger was all praises for Conte's team but said his players will give their best as they chase an eighth-place finish in the Premier League.
"We're doing our damnedest to make it a competitive game and a good game. I don't think Antonio Conte will expect anything different. You've got to give Antonio and the player's great credit for having a chance of lifting the double. They deserve to be where they are," Pulis said.
"They've been the most consistent team in the league this year and they come to our place with a chance of winning it. We'll give it our best. We're still chasing a point's tally that will keep us in eighth position, so we have a lot to play for."
During the pre-match press conference, Conte dismissed any rumours linking him to Inter Milan.
"I have a contract with Chelsea for two more years. It is logical when you start work in a new club for the will to be to continue to work and try to improve your work in many years, and for sure this is my will. But now the most important thing is to reach our target. To arrive at this moment, with this great opportunity, we worked very hard for the whole season and now it's important to be ready and try to take this step and then to celebrate together," Conte said.
Where to watch
