On The Way To The Airport will take viewers through an emotionally driven plot when it returns with episode 9 next Wednesday, October 19, at 10 pm KST on KBS2.

In the sequel, Choi Soo-ah and Seo Do-woo could make an in-depth analysis of their relationship and take a decision that could be hard for both of them to accept.

The official trailer for the next episode teases more family drama that could keep the viewers hooked to the screens. The clip begins by featuring an emotional conversation between the onscreen couple that might result in separation.

The sneak peek video shows Lee Sang-yoon's character asking her friend, "How can we lead a normal life and make our families stay carefree like we did before?"

In the next scene, the university lecturer is seen walking alone recollecting the memories of Annie a.k.a Seo Eun-woo. Similarly, the female protagonist will also go through an emotional roller coaster as she struggles to accept the recent changes in her life.

The promo then focuses on a sequence between the male lead and his wife, wherein he confronts her. In the video, he is seen asking her if there is anything that Park Seo-yeon's character wanted to hide from him to which Jang Hee-jin's character promises that she will explain everything to him.

The sneak peek video ends with a shot of Lee Sang-yoon's character struggling to hold back tears rolling. Since no further details are available, the viewers will have to wait until October 19 to find out the reason behind it.

The followers of tvN series can also expect some steamy bed scenes between Park Jin-seok and Song Mi-jin. In the teaser video, the flight attendant is seen lying on the bed in her night gown. So it remains to be seen if the show will introduce another extra marital relationship.
