Officials and residents in Cape Town are scrambling to, trying to avoid or prolong whats being called day zero when the citys water will go dry. Cape Town would be the first metropolitan city in the world to run out of water. While also facing a multi-year drought, South Africas second most populous city is expected to run out of water on April 12.
