After the week-long break, "The Vampire Diaries" is returning to The CW with Season 7 Episode 8 "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me" on Thursday, 3 December. The drama is running heavy in the supernatural show, and fairly secretive pregnancy of Caroline (Candice King) only adds to it.
In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode, we see Caroline writing in her diary, telling Elena (Nina Dobrev) that she is pregnant. She then cuts the long story short and explains that it is not actually her child, but that of Ric and Jo.
The Gemini coven had "magically transported" their twin babies into her "readily available womb", Caroline clarifies. She is happy that it would make Alaric (Matt Davis) ecstatic, especially since his almost-wife Jo died. However, she is worried about what it means to her; not to mention, Stefan (Paul Wesley) is unaware about the pregnancy.
Although Caroline hopes that Stefan would be "totally supportive and just wanted to make sure that I was okay", we know nothing is that simple with anything in Mystic Falls. Her secret might potentially even lead to the break-up of the couple, crushing the dreams of all Steroline shippers.
Here is the official synopsis for "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me":
As Julian and Lily throw a party to celebrate Mary Louise and Nora's anniversary, Stefan and Damon set in motion a risky plan to eliminate a new threat posed by Julian. Meanwhile, following a major revelation uncovered by Valerie, Caroline is forced to face her new reality, even as it threatens to destroy her relationship with Stefan. Finally, determined to do what's best for her family, Lily makes the most difficult decision of her life.
Watch out for Season 7 Episode 8 of "The Vampirs Diaries" at 8.00 pm (EST) on Thursday, 3 December. You can also live stream "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me" via CWTV.
