In the latest instalment of "Teen Mom 2," Corey and Leah visit the neurologist. In Season 7 episode 7 titled "Man of the House," it becomes clear that Leah is quite a hands-on parent compared to her ex-husband, Corey Simms.
Leah takes her 6-year-old daughter Aliannah to the clinic and the two wait for the doctor. The good news is that Ali's condition hasn't debilitated, but the bad news is that Leah and Corey have to talk about their custody battle and current arrangement with the social worker at the hospital.
When the social worker asks if both parents have equal say in Ali's health, Corey replies that he will be part of his daughter's decision-making process. Nevertheless, he seems quite clueless and baffled when the doctor asks the ex-couple about Ali's health at home. "Does she fall like once a month or once a week or occasionally?"
Leah responds, "She falls three times a day. More so when she gets tired in the evening." Corey looks on as the reality star answers the doctor's questions. The promo video for episode 7 indicates that Leah, who is attached to her daughters, is extremely upset at the thought of facing another custody battle with Simms.
Meanwhile, cast member Jenelle Evans takes an impromptu trip to New York to meet her ex Nathan. This sudden journey infuriates her current boyfriend David and according to the synopsis (via TV Guide), he gets extremely jealous.
While a huge disagreement is waiting to happen between Jenelle and David, Kailyn Lowry also has a disturbing time with her husband, Javi. In episode 7, he finally bids goodbye to his wife and son Isaac. In episode 6, the reality star's husband revealed that he would have to go back on assignment much sooner than expected. Although the couple promised to keep in touch, Javi's absence and its effect on his family remains to be seen.
"Teen Mom 2" Season 7 airs at 10 p.m. EST on Monday, April 25, on MTV. You can live-stream the episode via MTV's website.
