"Shameless" season 6 has been off to a great start and the Gallaghers are dealing with a fresh load of problems this year. In the previously aired episode 2 "#AbortionRules", Fiona (Emmy Rossum), who was trying to get her younger sister Debbie (Emma Kenney) to abort her baby, found out that she was also pregnant.
In a sneak-peak into the upcoming season 6 episode 3 "Ghost Your Baby", Fiona is seen visiting her estranged husband Gus (Steve Kazee), who is a bass player for an Indie rock band. She tells him that she got a Facebook invitation for one of the band's performances.
And although Fiona seems to just be a member of the mailing list, Gus says he is glad she came for the band's show. Gus asks her to wait till he finishes the gig, and also tells her that he has written a song for her. It is likely that he has written a song bad-mouthing Fiona, probably called her out for sleeping with her ex-boyfriend when they were still married.

Fiona promises to stick around till he finishes his performance and it looks like she has something serious to discuss with Gus. Most probably, she will have to reveal to him that she is pregnant with his child. Following a drug test at the diner that she works in, Fiona learned that she is pregnant. The timing would be perfect for Gus to be the father of the child.
However, Fiona is not in a state to raise another child; in fact, she is trying to force Debbie into abortion. Meanwhile, their father Frank (William H Macy) is trying to teach Debbie "the Gallagher art of living off the American government".
In another promo for "Ghost Your Baby", the father-daughter duo are at the Welfare Office where Frank tells her how much money she can earn by just having a baby. "One baby is worth $357 per month, but twins will get you an extra 154," Frank informs his teenage daughter before adding, "So, if the baby has a clubbed foot or a haired lip, that's worth an extra 100. So you might want to lighten up on the pre-natal vitamins".
Frank seems to have got over the death of "the love of his life" and is apparently back on the easy way to make money.
Watch out for season 6 episode 3 of "Shameless", which will be aired on Showtime at 9 pm (EST) on Sunday, 24 January. You can also live stream "Ghost Your Baby" via Hulu and Showtime Anytime.
