Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim will be back with episode 12 this Tuesday, December 13, at 10 pm KST on SBS. The sequel will feature big ramifications for Kang Dong-joo, the young surgeon at Doldam hospital.
Episode 11 of the Korean mini-series revolved around a runway soldier, who was fighting for life after he got badly beaten up by fellow soldiers. He had to undergo a surgery at the country-side hospital and it was done by Yoo Yeon-seok's character. Although the surgery was successful, the patient was still in a critical condition and the chance for his recovery was very low.
Without realising the seriousness of the situation, the young surgeon informed the senior soldiers about his health condition and that the injuries were caused due to physical assault. In order to avoid any legal actions after the patient's death, the senior officers contacted president Do Yoon-wan for his help in manipulating the death certificate.
The sequel concluded by featuring a conversation between Kang Dong-joo and Choi Jin-ho's character, wherein the latter asked the former to manipulate the death certificate. So, the fans are eager to know whether the young surgeon will team up with the antagonist for money or raise his voice for justice.
The upcoming episode of the period drama will pick up right from where it left off Kang Dong-joo and feature the consequences of his decision. The official trailer teases big ramifications for him as it shows an elderly lady blaming him for the death of a patient. Is it the same soldier who was fighting for life or a new patient?
