The "Raavu Maayave" video song from the latest Malayalam movie "Vettah" was released Tuesday, Feb. 1, by music label Muzik247 on YouTube.
Music composer Shaan Rahman shared the video of the song on his Facebook page as a dedication to filmmaker Rajesh Pillai, who passed away Feb. 27, just a day after his fourth directorial venture "Vettah" hit theatres. The Malayalam lyrics of the melodious song has been written by Manu Manjith and Hindi lyrics by Shan Johnson, who also recently passed away.

Rinu Razak and Shaan have sung the song picturised on Kunchako Boban, Sandhya and Baby Akshara Kishor. Director Jude Anthany Joseph also makes a guest appearance in the song.

"Vettah" is a psychological thriller and also has Manju Warrier, Indrajith Sukumaran, Vijayaraghavan, Prem Prakash, Deepak Parambol, Kottayam Nazeer, Dr Rony David Raj and Santhosh Keezhattoor in important roles. In the movie, which has opened to positive response, Kunchacko plays a mysterious character named Melvin, Manju plays Sreebala IPS, the first police avatar of her career, along with Indrajith, who is seen as ACP Xylex Abraham.
"Vettah" has been scripted by Arunlal Ramachandran, and Anish Lal R has handled the cinematography of the flick, which has been produced under the Red Rose Creations banner in association with Rajesh Pillai Films.
