The promo song of the upcoming Malayalam family entertainer "AakashVani" was released by Satyam Audios on Monday, 1 February. The song, "Mayum Sandhye", has been sung by actress Remya Nambeesan and singer Arun Alat.
While Vinayak has penned the lyrics, Rahul Subramanian has composed the music for the song. "My new song video (shot in studio) from the movie 'AakashVaani' written by Vinayak, composed by Rahul Subrahmanian and sung along with Remya Nambessan! So happy to have sung this great tune! Please listen and share if you like it. Thank you! (sic)" Arun wrote on his Facebook page while sharing the song video.
Apart from acting, Remya has already established herself as a popular playback singer in the industry and is known for her songs "Aande Londe", "Vijana Surabhi", "Muthuchippi Poloru", "Ee Mazha Megham" and "Ullasagayike", among many others, and Arun is known for his songs "Neelambalin", "Vinnile Thaarakam" and "Namosthuthe".
"AakashVani" is the debut directorial of Khais Millen and has Vijay Babu and Kavya Madhavan in the lead. The movie narrates the story of the couple Aakash and Vani. While Kavya plays the creative head of a women's TV channel from a well-to-do family, Vijay belongs to a family from a lower economic strata. The ego clashes that affect their family life are at the centre of the movie, which is scheduled to hit the screens on 19 February.
"AakashVani" also has Saiju Govinda Kurup, Lalu Alex, and Sreejith Ravi, Lijo Jose Pellissery, Vineeth Mohan and Sandra Thomas in pivoral roles.
