Jaipur Pink Panthers will look for that consistency they haven't quite achieved from their home matches of the Pro Kabaddi League 2016. After getting a good start, the inaugural Pro Kabaddi champions succumbed to a big defeat in their second game this season at home.
The Pink Panthers bagged a nine-point win over last season's finalists Bengaluru Bulls in their first match at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, but they suffered a 15-point defeat over Puneri Paltan in their second home game.
With two remaining home games to go, the Pink Panthers have no other option but to record wins if they are to seal a playoffs berth.
Jaipur Pink Panthers take on Bengal Warriors, in their third home match. Wth the Warriors in sensational form this season, the Abhishek Bachchan co-owned Pink Panthers know that getting past the Kolkata side will not be easy by any means.
Bengal Warriors are currently second in the table with 32 points from nine games, while Jaipur Pink Panthers lie sixth with 25 points from ten games.
The Kolkata side, led by Nilesh Shinde, has just three defeats this season -- two against Patna Pirates and one against defending champions U Mumba. Bengal Warriors beat Jaipur Pink Panthers by a whopping 14 points in their first encounter this season.
The wins for Jaipur Pink Panthers this season, meanwhile, have never crossed the nine-point margin. They recorded nine-point victories over U Mumba, Telugu Titans and Bengaluru Bulls. And Navneet Gautam has got his task cut out now to inspire the team from the front, as the Pro Kabaddi League 2016 enters the now-or-never period.
