Young Mollywood star Prithviraj Sukumaran is awaiting the release of "Oozham," which is being helmed by hitmaker Jeethu Joseph. After garnering positive response for the movie's teaser, the makers have released the first video song of the revenge thriller.
Prithviraj, who will be seen as Surya in "Oozham" shared the song, titled "Ee Yaathrakal" on his Facebook page after it was uploaded on the YouTube page of Poffactio at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 18. The three-minute-58-second song features Rasna Pavithran, Divya Pillai, Seetha, Balachandra Menon, Neeraj Madhav and Kishore Satya.
While Anil Johnson has composed the music and sung the song, its lyrics are penned by Santhosh Varma.
The revenge thriller, which also stars Pasupathy and V Jayaprakash in significant roles, marks the second association of Prithviraj and Jeethu duo after the crime thriller "Memories" released in 2013.
Produced by G George and Anto Padinjarekkara under the banner of Fine Tune Pictures, "Oozham" is scheduled to hit the screens on Sept. 8 and is expected to lock horns with superstar Mohanlal's crime thriller "Oppam," directed by Priyadarshan.
