If there's something exciting about Tuesdays, it is the airing of "NCIS: New Orleans." The detective show returns to TV screens with a new episode, one that tests the strength of the NCIS team.
In episode 3 titled "Touched by the sun," Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula) and his team are tasked with the death of a NAVY SEAL at an airplane show. While they investigate the death, they have to figure out if the Navy hero died of a technical error in the aircraft or if the death was a result of the female combat pilot's bad judgement.
The episode will heavily include appearances by cast members Scott Bakula, Lucas Black, Zoe McLellan, Rob Kerkovich and CCH Pounder.
The official synopsis for episode 3 reads: "When a female combat pilot and Navy hero dies in an air-show plane crash, the NCIS team must investigate if it's the fault of the pilot or the new jet that was just approved to deploy to bases globally," reported TV Equals.
Show creator Gary Glasberg said that Sonja Percy (Shalita Grant) and LaSalle (Lucas Black) will grow close in season 2 of "NCIS: New Orleans." He said, "When you switch from one agency to another, as she's doing, there's a lot of new ground to cover and to work out, and they take full advantage of her as the probie," reported TV Guide.
However, will LaSalle find the one responsible for the death of the Navy Seal?
"NCIS: New Orleans" airs on Tuesday, 6 October at 9pm on CBS. You can live stream the episode via CBS Live.
