Cleveland Cavaliers lost against Boston Celtics in their last game with the score reading 99-90, hence the Cavs might be thinking of revenge when these two teams meet on Sunday at TD Garden in Boston.
Celtics have been in an impressive form of late with three wins on a trot and with the Playoff spot up for grabs, expect Celtics to go all out against one of the best teams of the regular season, Cavaliers.
The Cavaliers have been in great form, where they have only lost two out of their last 10 matches in the league, while Celtics have also been equally impressive with seven wins from their last 10.
Hence, the game between the two should be an entertaining one.
But, those who witnessed the last game between the two sides, it was obvious that the Cavs were providing some minutes to other players in their team as well. They did not go all out for a win. Their star players LeBron James and Kevin Love sat out the fourth quarter.
"We had a feeling that they weren't going to play that much, especially in the fourth quarter," AP quoted Celtics guard Marcus Smart as saying.
"But our goal was just to focus more on our team. If they're out there, they're out there. If they're not, they're not."
It is with the same focus Celtics need to go out and perform once again.
James when asked whether he will play he said, "I don't know. I don't believe so but I'm not quite sure yet,'' as reported by AP.
''Me, being a 12-year veteran, the bigger picture is always what's important,'' he added. ''For us, what's important is to stay in rhythm and also to stay healthy.''
But, it does make sense for James to rest and be kept afresh for the Playoffs coming up.
So it would not be a huge surprise if the Cavs, who have already grabbed the Playoff spot would rest some of their star players, for they have been giving it all during the regular season as well. It is the trio of James, Love and Kyrie Irving, which has helped the Cavs in becoming one of the best team during the season.
Such has been their performance this season that many experts also claim Cavaliers to win the NBA title, but it is not going to be easy with other top teams of the league vying for that elusive title.
