Season 4 couples of "Married at First Sight" are all having a tough time adjusting to their new marital status, but the ones affected the most are Derek and Heather. The upcoming Season 4 episode 6, titled "For Richer or For Poorer," will see the newlyweds deciding where to live.
Lillian will get one of the biggest surprises of her life, when she finds out that her new husband Tom actually lives in a bus and expects her to live with him in there. "Married at First Sight" has faced many criticisms over the course of the last three seasons, and now fans are asking why the experts would match a woman with a man who lives in a bus without disclosing this to her first.
Meanwhile, Sonia, who has had a comparatively good marriage so far, will face some troubles when she realises that she is scared of her husband's dogs. However, the biggest challenge stands in front of Heather and Derek who do not seem to be on the same page regarding their wedding.
One of the main problems Heather has with her husband is that he is a smoker, but even besides that, the couple has faced constant friction during their honeymoon in Puerto Rico. It is understood that Heather has no interest in the marriage and is not even making eye contact with her account executive husband.
In a promo for the upcoming "For Richer or For Poorer," Derek tells the cameras, "As far as Heather and I go, I don't know. I am disappointed and hurt — I feel like I did this with an open mind, and out of all the possibilities, I never would have imagined that I would be matched with somebody who would want to walk away from this after two or three days."
The couple will sit with Pastor Calvin Roberson in "For Richer or For Poorer" and decide if they want to walk out of their marriage or stick together.
