The teaser of the upcoming Malayalam movie, "Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho," was released on the official YouTube page of Udaya Pictures on Tuesday, Aug. 23. The 40-second video of the Sidhartha Siva-directed film features the lead actors, Kunchacko Boban and Rudraksh Sudeesh, of the family entertainer.
The film, which marks the acting debut of Malayalam actor Sudeesh's son Rudraksh, is the comeback venture of popular production house Udaya Pictures after 30 years. The firm is now headed by actor Kunchacko Boban.
The makers had recently released the first-look poster of the film, which got international recognition even before its release after popular Brazilian author Paulo Coelho himself shared it on his official Twitter page.
The Kunchacko-starrer, which also features Anusree, Suraj Venjaramood, Mukesh, Biju Menon, Nedumudi Venu, Aju Varghese, KPAC Lalitha, Muthumani, Maniyanpilla Raju and Sudeesh in key roles, narrates the story of Kochavva and Ayyappa, who are influenced by Paulo Coelho's famous book, "The Alchemist," which has been translated into 80 languages.
"Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho" is scheduled to hit the screens as an Onam release in September. It will be pitted against the highly anticipated movies, "Oppam," "Oozham," "Welcome to Central Jail" and "Oru Muthassi Gadha."
