The synopsis of the episode, as stated by iZombie Wikia, reads: "Working together on a mission, Liv, Detective Babineaux and Major crash Vaughn's Super Max Rager party, where Rob Thomas (as himself) performs a song from his solo career."
"Meanwhile, Blaine (David Anders) reaches out to Peyton (guest star Aly Michalka) for help, which does not sit well with Ravi (Rahul Kohli)."
According to Comic Book Resources, "iZombie" co-creator Rob Thomas has said that Season 2 finale is bigger than the first one.
"I just finished a cut of this finale, and last year's finale when Major went into Meat Cute with a shotgun, we thought 'This is as big as iZombie gets.' But this year's finale is a massive episode," Thomas said.
Buckley, who plays the character of Major, also teased the fans saying that one of the prominent characters might die in season finale and won't make it to Season 3. However, he didn't reveal any further information regarding the identity of the character.
In the previous episode titled "Dead Beat," Liv and Ravi (Rahul Kohli) needed help and find an unlikely ally in Blaine (David Anders). Babineaux and Dale Bozzio pursued a new lead in an old case while sleazy Brant Stone came to Major's rescue. Elsewhere, Vaughn's evil side reached a whole new level of mean.
