Kerala Blasters FC take on Mumbai City FC in the first reverse fixture of the 2014 Indian Super League at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi.
The Blasters finally seem to have found stability and have not been beaten in their last two fixtures.
The Sachin Tendulkar co-owned side had gotten off to a disastrous start in the competition, recording back-to-back defeats in their opening fixtures against NorthEast United FC (0-1) and Chennaiyin FC (1-2).
Then they managed to hold leaders Atletico de Kolkata to an unexpected draw, before recording their first win of the competition against FC Pune City (2-1).
The Blasters suffered another loss at Mumbai City (0-1) before recording a win and a draw against FC Goa (1-0) and Delhi Dynamos (0-0) respectively.
Blasters' player-manager David James says he has been pleased with his side's performances of late, despite his team not being able to convert their chances.
"The team is playing well and we are creating chances, and in the last game the goalkeeper saved a good shot, there was also a deflection of a shot and then there was a hand ball; there is nothing that we can do about that," James told ISL official website.
The former England goalkeeper insists he has changed a lot of things in training to encourage his players to find the net.
"We have changed things up in training and this should encourage some of the lads to score, so we hope that this does not remain a problem. All we have to do is our homework, do our preparation, and make sure that we don't switch off at the wrong time."
Meanwhile, Mumbai will be hoping to continue their recent run of good form as they are currently on a three-game unbeaten streak, recording two wins and a draw.
Despite their good form of late and the win over Blasters in the reverse fixture at the DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai boss Peter Reid expects a tough game in Kochi.
"To be fair, in the previous game in Mumbai, it was a great free kick that won it (the game)," Reid told ISL official website.
"It was a fairly close game. We know it will be difficult even with the results we have had lately. I know David (James), Trevor (Morgan) and some of the players really well, and I know that they are strong, well organized and I think that tomorrow's game is going to be difficult."
