According to the synopsis of the episode, Todd's crew unearths evidence of a massive prehistoric creature that may or may not lead to big riches; Tony is forced to rebuild his wash plant; and Parker opens the largest cut of his life in an attempt to get more gold than his rival.
As mentioned in the promo of the episode, it seems Tony's dredge is not working as expected. There is hardly any sign of gold and the processing is not helping much to retrieve whatever he finds.
In the previous episode titled "Mammoth Channel", the Hoffman crew uncovered a unique potential sign of good gold.
In the meanwhile, Parker refused to give up on Treasure Island and a fight between Tony and some of his crew members tensed the environment.
Previously, Jack continued to follow his dream of El Dorado that is the richest documented creek in North America.
Parker's crew tried its best to make sure that Treasure Island lives up to its name while Tony found that his dredge was pouring gold out of its sluices.
Along with his foreman Rick, Parker decided to explore a new area for the mines. Meanwhile, Todd searched for a way to stop losing his share of gold out of his leaking sluice box. Elsewhere, Tony's crew found a huge reserve of mines with the help of his dredge.
Parker got frustrated when his crew found nothing in the new area and he started to shout at his co-workers. However, his grandpa persuaded him to have patience.
After the dredge's bucket line broke, Tony's team struggled to fix it as Todd called Freddy to help them.
