In the season finale titled "The Storm" of CBS' crime-drama series "Criminal Minds" Season 11, it seems that Hotch (Thomas Gibson) will be blamed for conspiracy and will be arrested by a SWAT team.

According to the synopsis of the episode by TV.com, "Season 11 ends with Hotch being apprehended by a SWAT team for suspicion of conspiracy. The BAU members scramble to prove his innocence and suspect a larger plot is on the horizon."
Besides Hotch's story, the show-runner of the series, Erica Messer, has revealed that the finale will be "team-centric."
Messer discussed about her ideas on what fans can expect from the upcoming finale. According to Enstarz, she said: "The Storm" will very team-centric as "'stuff' was hitting the fan and we were at the centre of it."
She also teased that the final cliffhanger will be something that they haven't done ever before in the history of the show.
In the previous episode titled "Devil's Backbone," security guards at a Virginia prison opened a package containing evidence that was related to the abduction of two boys. Meanwhile, the BAU interviewed serial killer Antonia Slade (Frances Fisher) in an attempt to find clues as to who might be behind the kidnapping.
