According to Breathe Cast, Season 4 of "Banshee" will be focused on Hood's adventures as he desperately tries to find a new job. In the premiere episode, Hood will return to Banshee after a two year interval to investigate the case of a serial murderer who is haunting the local residents.
However, there will be more elements to the series besides Hood's story. What Culture has stated that the fourth season will explore Kai Proctor's (Ulrich Thomsen) story as well and will answer the whereabouts of Job (Hoon Lee).
As reported by Enstarz, in an interview with Cinemax, Ivana MiliÄević, who portrays the character of Carrie Hopewell in "Banshee," has hinted that Season 4 will be going to be "heated up."
MiliÄević said that this season will be much more thrilling and exciting than the last one. She teased the fans by claiming that Season 4 of '"Banshee" will be a roller-coaster ride.
"Oh, here we go. Buckle up," MiliÄević said teasingly.
In the previous episode titled "We All Pay Eventually," Hood and Gordon Hopewell (Rus Blackwell) confronted Douglas Stowe (Langley Kirkwood) while Rebecca Bowman (Lili Simmons), Clay Burton (Matthew Rauch) and Proctor attacked Frazier (Ron Cephas Jones ) and his crew.
Afterwards, Hood had flashbacks of his past life when he was a trainee under a recruiter named Robert Dalton (David Harbour). In the meanwhile, Gordon was critically injured during the assault but he had enough strength left to shoot Stowe.
At the end of the episode, Gordon died while Job was taken away by Stowe's men and was brought in front of a mysterious person who was presumably Dalton. Soon, Lucas returned to Banshee and informed the others about his resignation from the job of sheriff.
